Windows Spectrum Concept

This is a Windows concept I made back in 2014, the thing that was in fashion back in 2014 was to make concepts where you give Windows 8 a start menu. This was my idea of merging Windows 7 and 8 and adding my own spin on it with things I thought would be cool.
