Pastel Blue Background

This is a background I made in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 in early 2015. It was intended to seamlessly blend my taskbar into my background to give it a transparent look back on Windows 8. The top colour matches my titlebar colour of the time.

I used this background for many things, especially YouTube until it was edited in early 2016. (Add link to updated version)
