Copyright and Reuse Policy

Hello website visitor person!

Sharing and reusing media online is basically essential to internet use nowadays and different people have different feelings about their content being reused. I thought it would be handy to create this page to make my stance clear about the reuse of my content.

With that out of the way let’s get into specifics:

YouTube Videos #

My YouTube videos are probably the thing I am most strict about in terms of reuse, due to the time and effort required to make them in addition to them being a source my own revenue.

You Can:

• Download my public videos from YouTube to keep for your own offline enjoyment (despite what YouTube themselves thinks)
• Share small clips of my videos on social media
• Use parts of my video in your own video under Fair Use - If it is used in a transformative way and I am credited
• Remix my videos into memes or YouTube Poops

You Should Not:

• Reupload my videos to YouTube or any other website (unless strictly for archival purposes and does not detract from my videos)
• Make edits to my videos and reupload them to avoid copyright - people have done this where they reupload my video and they add their own voice or filter to it
• Reupload my videos as chunks to YouTube and social media with the intent of trying to pass it off as your own
• Attempt to profit off of my videos in any way (unless it is in your own video under fair use)

YouTube Member Videos #

These are the videos accessible through paid means such as becoming a YouTube Member

You Can:

• Download the videos from YouTube to keep for your own offline enjoyment (despite what YouTube themselves thinks)
• Share screenshots or clips among other members in the member’s only chats on my Discord server

You Should Not:

• Reupload my videos to YouTube or any other website - This diminishes the worth of the video to people who are paying for it allowing for other people who aren’t paying to see it
• Spoil upcoming videos for non-paying members

Music #

You Can:

• Use my songs within your own work such as YouTube videos as long as I am credited
• Create remixes of my music for fun and not for profit (If the music is being monetised or formally released I will need to be properly credited and financially compensated just like any other artist)
• Download and share my music to other people

You Should Not:

• Steal my music and claim it as your own
• Use / remix my music without proper credit
• Profit off of my music in any way (with the exception of using it as background music in a YouTube video)

Artwork #

You Can:

• Create your own interpretations of my artwork / characters (for example: creating your own CRT Boi artwork using that character or making your own version of something I have made from scratch without tracing / stealing my work)

You Should Not:

• Trace / steal my work and try to claim it as your own

AI Content #

You Should Not:

• Create deepfakes of my voice, face, or any part of my likeness
• Use my work in training data for AI

Other #

You Should Not:

• Share my personal information online such as names, addresses, phone numbers, ect. (basically, do not dox me)
